Maintenance systems
Standard maintenance system
It is possible to use two maintenance systems: the system with performing overhauls (inspections each 100 and 600 flight hours, and overhaul each 1200 flight hours), or the system without performing airframe overhauls (inspections A,B and C each 100, 500 and 1500 flight hours).
Advantage:
- Z 42 Series is enabled to operate in ACROBATICS Category
100-hour maintenance system
It is used for the aircraft of Z 43 Series, and presently newly also for the aircraft of Z 42 Series.
Advantage:
- Maintenance system is simplified by using inspections and checks with evaluation of parts condition (mandatory parts replacements are not required and their life time is determined “on condition”).
- For the Z 43 aircraft, it increases life time limit up to 6000 flight hours on the understanding that technical condition of the aircraft is good.
