The complex activity of Original ZLIN Service is controlled several times a year by control audits performed by independent certification organizations. The objective of the audits is to investigate whether the agreed quality system of our services offered is efficient and safe.

Maintenance systems
Standard maintenance system
It is possible to use two maintenance systems: the system with performing overhauls (inspections each 100 and 600 flight hours, and overhaul each 1200 flight hours), or the system without performing airframe overhauls (inspections A,B and C each 100, 500 and 1500 flight hours).
- Z 42 Series is enabled to operate in ACROBATICS Category
100-hour maintenance system
It is used for the aircraft of Z 43 Series, and presently newly also for the aircraft of Z 42 Series.
- Maintenance system is simplified by using inspections and checks with evaluation of parts condition (mandatory parts replacements are not required and their life time is determined “on condition”).
- For the Z 43 aircraft, it increases life time limit up to 6000 flight hours on the understanding that technical condition of the aircraft is good.

ZLIN Service Assistance
The mobile service ZLIN Service Assistance is an SOS service. Its aim is to solve your problems in a flexible manner so that we could always be at the right time in the right place.

ZLIN Service Assistance will help you when you need it most, if you cannot start or continue in their flight for any reason. Upon a telephone call at any time we will try to find a (flight) solution for plane to take off again. You have to see that he is being taken care of by competent professional focused on quality service who helps you anywhere and anytime in case of a need. You have to see that the quality and flexible customer service is our priority and our(creed) philosophy.
Modification to MoGas
Costs saving in the range of tens of EURs per flight hour. We offer now this opportunity to the operators of ZLINs of 40 series through a conversion of engines of their a/c to burning the MoGas.
We want to meet the needs of costs reduction mainly of flight schools and aeroclubs which operate large fleets and which welcome such a conversion.
Technical adaption allows burning both types of fuel without increasing the fuel burn or reducing the engine output or flight characteristics of ZLIN a/c.
Mogas 95can be used for Z42, Z43 and Z142 in operation mode “normal”.
The transition is performed by Original ZLIN Service centre
The fuel system must be adapted for the purpose. The price covers the work, a set of special hoses and other parts. It also includes a fuel sticker with an authorizing graphic identification and wording “Adapted for MoGas 95”. A bonus is in a form of a number of possible discounts as well as a guarantee of the best care by qualified technicians with provision of exclusively certified spare parts. Before this adaptation a 100fh check A of the a/c needs to be carried out during which our technicians assess the status of the a/c.
