Machining

  1. Turning
    • CNC lathe SP 280 SY 5-axis with rotary tools and counter spindle. Swing dia. over bed 280 mm. Max. turning length 450 mm.
    • Standard center lathes (hand controlled) up to 630 mm in diameter and 1250 mm in length
    • Profile turning lathes (template controlled) up to 500 mm in diameter and 1500 mm in length
    • Turret lathes
      • bar stock up to 50 mm in diameter
      • flange type up to 510 mm in diameter
    • NC and CNC lathes
      • bar stock up to 50 mm in diameter (for dia up to 40 mm support center is applicable)

  2. Drilling and Boring
    • Drilling machines (column and radial) up to 50 mm hole diameter
    • Horizontal coordinate boring machine - chucking table 1250 x 1250 mm
  3. Grinding
    • Standard cylindrical grinding machines
      • up to 290 mm outside diameter and 750 mm in length
      • up to 500 mm inside diameter and 250 mm in depth
    • Centerless grinding machine diameter 3 – 50 mm, plunge, through-feed and profile grinding
    • Thread grinding machine - max. length 500 mm
    • Surface grinding machines, horizontal spindle, table 300 x 800 mm

  4. Milling
    • Standard vertical and horizontal milling machines up to 400 x 1600 mm in dimension

  5. Slotting

  7. Raw Material Cutting
    • Cutting by oxygen-acetylene flame (manual or template control)

    • Band saws up to 350 mm in diameter
    • Power shears length up to 3000 mm, thickness up to10 mm
